Openness
Openness is a general gratitude
for art, emotion, adventure, unusual ideas, imagination, curiosity, and variety
of experience.
People who are high scored open
to experience are intellectually curious, open to emotion, sensitive to beauty
and willing to try new things. They Open to following their heart, passions and
their ideas. They are related to Art and culture.
People with low scores on
openness to experience tend to have narrow, common interests. They prefer the
plain, straightforward, and obvious over the complex, ambiguous, and subtle.

Conscientiousness
Conscientiousness is a tendency
to display self-discipline, act dutifully, and strive for achievement against
measures or outside expectations.
High scores on conscientiousness
indicate a preference for planned rather than spontaneous behavior. efficiency

Low score: easy-going and perhaps
careless. Flexible and spontaneous, but can be perceived as unreliable,
disordered.
Extraversion
Extraverts enjoy interacting with
people. Extraverts engage actively with others to earn friendship, admiration,
power, status, excitement, and romance.
High score: Extroverts are
especially thrilled by these victories, getting a promotion, finding a new
romance, or winning an award are all likely to bring an extrovert great joy.
Low score: Introverts have lower social engagement and
energy levels than extraverts. They tend to seem quiet, low-key, deliberate,
and less involved in the social world.
Agreeableness
Agreeable individuals value
getting along with others. They are generally considerate, kind, generous, trusting
and trustworthy, helpful, and willing to compromise their interests with
others.
High score: a tendency to be
friendly, compassionate, and cooperative. Indicates ones trusting and helpful
nature and forgiving. Disagreeable individuals place self-interest above
getting along with others. They are generally unconcerned with others'
well-being.
Low score: an analytic and
detached tendency. Often competitive or challenging; be argumentative or
Dictatorship styles.
Neuroticism

Emotional stability refers to a
person's ability to remain stable and balanced.
High score: Tendency to be calm,
emotionally stable, and free from persistent negative feelings.
Low Score: People low in
emotional stability are emotionally reactive. They are more likely to react to
